
Frieda Molina
Frieda Molina, MCRP, is a Senior Operations Associate at Manpower Development Resources Corporation working on the Neighborhood Jobs Initiative (NJI). NJI tests the feasibility of increasing the employment rates in distressed neighborhoods by applying four program elements: state-of-the-art job preparation activities; access to capital; work incentives; and a community that supports work.
- Served as the Project Manager for the Center for Community Change’s national assessment of economic development strategies
- Former project manager for the National Economic Development & Law Centers’ sectoral employment demonstration project, where she gained national recognition as a technical assistance provider
- Worked with the San Jose Development Corporation, the City of Sacramento, and the City of Hayward on economic development policy
- Provided housing consultant services to the World Bank in Washington DC and the New York Community Trust
